Who Created Scripture Scribble

Scripture Scribble was designed by Ben, a pastor with more than 20 years of experience ministering with people of all ages, from children and young people through to adults. He has served in both denominational and non-denominational contexts, giving him a practical understanding of the different ways families, churches and individuals engage with Scripture.

Ben created Scripture Scribble as a jumping-off point for people who want to explore the Bible in fresh ways. The resources are not intended to replace reading Scripture. They are designed to help people open their Bible more often, remain with a passage for longer and reflect more deeply on what they are reading.

Scripture Scribble was created to help children, families, and educators engage with the Bible in a meaningful, hands-on way. We believe that when children draw, reflect, and create around Scripture, the message moves from the page into the heart.

Our mission is simple:

To help kids slow down, reflect on God’s Word, and grow in faith through creative expression.

In a world full of fast content and short attention spans, children often consume information without deeply processing it.
