About this resource

A printable pause with Scripture

This Scripture coloring page features one of the most comforting promises in the New Testament: > “For I am persuaded that neither death, nor life… nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.” — Romans 8:38–39 (WEB)

The circular reflection design highlights: The bold phrase SEPARATE US, Emphasis on LOVE OF GOD, Cross symbols anchoring the promise in Christ, Hearts and stars representing security and hope, and A patterned border for slow, mindful colouring.

This page is designed to help children and adults reflect on the unshakable, unbreakable love of God.

Devotional Meaning

Romans 8:38–39 is a declaration of confidence.

Paul does not say “I hope.” He says, “I am persuaded.”

This verse reminds us: Fear cannot separate us, Failure cannot separate us, Circumstances cannot separate us, Distance cannot separate us, and Creation itself cannot undo God’s love.

God’s love is not fragile. It is covenantal. It is rooted in Christ.

How to Use This Page

  1. Colour the word LOVE in bold, warm colours.
  2. Highlight the word SEPARATE to reflect on what tries to divide us from hope.
  3. Write a short prayer around the outer border.
  4. Add personal symbols of security (shields, light, anchors).
  5. Memorise Romans 8:38–39 while colouring.
